Matthew Wilkie is the founder of Wilkie Life Coaching & Consulting, LLC, where he helps individuals, couples, and organizations grow through Enneagram-based coaching, leadership development, and practical training. With over 15 years of experience across behavioral health, healthcare systems, consulting, and education, Matthew brings a unique blend of clinical insight, strategic thinking, and relational depth to his work.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in English & History, Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina, a Doctor of Divinity, and advanced training in personality-based coaching. Matthew is also a candidate for a Master of Business Administration. He is a Certified Enneagram Coach and currently works within a large integrated healthcare system, partnering with physicians, executives, and teams to strengthen culture, communication, and performance. His professional background includes leading multi-site clinical operations, consulting at the state level, teaching at the university level, and driving organizational growth through relationship-centered strategies.

Matthew is an Enneagram Type 2 and is married to his wife of eight years, Dr. Amber Wilkie, an Enneagram Type 1. Together they have one daughter. His personal experience navigating marriage, parenting, leadership, and vocation deeply informs his coaching style and passion for helping others build healthy, connected lives.

Through Wilkie Life Coaching & Consulting, Matthew offers individual and couples Enneagram coaching, keynote speaking, and trainings on topics such as the Enneagram in the workplace, relationships, grief, addiction, leadership, and using personality-informed communication to build trust, increase referrals, and drive sustainable growth. His approach is practical, compassionate, and results-focused—helping clients move from insight to meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of his professional work, Matthew enjoys leading worship, playing piano, singing, traveling, and anything that involves spending time with his girls.
